Adrenaline Offroad Co.

Project Overview
Helping an established off-road shop protect its core business, attract higher-value customers, and expand into the growing overlanding market.
Brand identity, website, SEO, content, social, signage, and business advisory.
Shopwide figures from the client's books, April 2023 to August 2026. The work traced directly to Cegrix is documented below.
The Brief
The previous identity undersold the work. It spoke to a commodity install, not the affluent, experience driven clientele the business was already winning.
Define who Adrenaline is for, then dress the part, from capable local installer to category-defining outfitter.
The refresh positions the brand for overlanding, adventure vehicles and multi day expeditions, reaching a more deliberate, capable and design literate audience. The identity had to feel engineered, with precise geometry, confident type and a disciplined palette, while keeping the energy the name promises.

A customer in Georgia read an article we wrote on the Adrenaline website, then sent his brand-new truck to Texas. Full story below.
The Brand Identity
A stronger, more modern identity that reflects the quality of Adrenaline's work and appeals to higher-end customers.

The outdated identity looked like another weekend Jeep shop, even though it built high-end trucks and adventure vehicles. Work had evolved, but the brand hadn't.

A bold, modern identity that better reflects Adrenaline's expertise, appeals to higher-value customers, and works across everything from shop signage to apparel.

The System
Consistent colors and fonts for a recognizable look across the website, signage, apparel, and marketing.

In the Wild
The identity applied. Everyday touchpoints, from the shop floor to the trucks that leave it.

Two words that made the owner and the brand approachable.
Brand in the Environment
Bringing Adrenaline's new identity to life across its building, signage, apparel, and marketing materials, from business cards to a 150-foot roadside banner.

Scale as a signal.
A 40-foot billboard and 150-foot roadside banner give Adrenaline a strong presence along Highway 249. Bold lettering and high contrast make the brand easy to recognize, even at highway speeds.
Carried through.
From highway signage to business cards, apparel, and the shop itself, Adrenaline now presents a consistent, professional image wherever customers encounter the brand.

Easy to recognize at 75 mph.
A bold logo, clear phone number, and simple messaging make Adrenaline easy to spot and remember from Highway 249.
More than paint.
The fresh white exterior makes the shop stand out from the road while creating a clean, professional backdrop for vehicle photos.
A stronger brand. A strategy built for growth.
With the new brand in place, we then focused on growing the business through the website, SEO, content, and social media. The goal was to strengthen Adrenaline's existing suspension business while attracting higher-value customers in the overlanding and adventure vehicle market.
The Growth Strategy
A strong brand gets attention, but a clear strategy drives growth. The focus was to strengthen established business while expanding into a higher-value overlanding and adventure vehicle market.
Every part of the marketing worked together toward the same goal.
From the website and SEO to content and social media, each played a role in attracting the right customers, generating qualified leads, and supporting long-term growth.
Beyond Marketing
Our partnership goes beyond marketing. When Adrenaline needed help with hiring and business operations, we stepped in to find solutions.
We restructured Adrenaline's Indeed hiring account, replacing generic job postings with targeted listings designed to attract qualified technicians. The result: more relevant applicants without spending money on job ads.

Social Media Creative
Original photography, 4K video, and social media content produced in-house to showcase Adrenaline's work, build trust, and reach new customers.

Social & Content
Consistent, professionally managed content across Instagram and Facebook, designed to showcase work, engage followers, and attract new customers.
The Website
A custom-built website designed to showcase work, attract customers through search, and turn visitors into qualified leads on any device.

64% of organic visitors arrive on a phone, so the mobile view is the primary experience, not an afterthought.
Dedicated service pages, helpful technical articles, and a streamlined quote process help customers find what they need, build confidence, and get in touch.
The Quote Engine
An online quote system designed to turn website visitors into qualified leads and make it easier for customers to request estimates.

The website guides potential customers toward requesting a quote, making it easy to submit their vehicle details and project needs.
- Multi-step quote form tailored to vehicle and project detailsSubmissions routed straight into the shop's job management systemFast, mobile-friendly pages designed for easy use
We didn't just build the form. We kept improving it.
We don't just build a website and walk away; we monitor how customers use it and continually improve what's working and what isn't.
When we noticed customers abandoning the quote form, we investigated and found that requiring a full VIN was creating a barrier. We simplified the process, making it easier to complete and increasing the number of qualified quote requests.
Search Foundation
Technical SEO and a deliberate content architecture, mapped to how buyers actually search.

Content & Rankings
In-depth articles helped improve Google rankings and attract qualified, high-value builds.
"Grok says you are the BEST."
A customer found Adrenaline through Grok and requested a quote for a Class C motorhome suspension upgrade, exactly the type of higher-value work our growth strategy was designed to attract.
Two RV customers found Adrenaline through Grok. Both received quotes, and one became a paying customer.
Verified through customer inquiries, September 2026. Adrenaline also appeared among ChatGPT's recommendations for Houston-area lift kit installation in a clean, non-personalized test.
Customer Acquisition
Seven customers told us exactly how they found Adrenaline.
One article. Two out-of-state builds. Over $24,500.
Two customers from different states independently found the same article and brought their trucks to Houston for custom builds. Both credited the article in their work requests.
First documented build.
Total revenue from both builds.
The article didn't just rank. It doubled Denali revenue.
Monthly GMC Denali revenue doubled in the first year after publication. In the most recent twelve months, it is still more than double.
Denali builds were an under-marketed category before publication. We pulled the closed work orders and compared equal twelve-month windows.
Revenue remains 113% above pre-publication levels in the latest 12 months.
*Closed work orders from the client's shop management system. Equal twelve month windows before and after publication, divisor twelve. Vehicle field contains Denali. The category received no paid advertising. Figures as of the September 20, 2026 paid-invoice export.
Growth came from better work, not more customers.
Over three years, Adrenaline's revenue grew 31% without increasing customer count or job volume. Average job value rose from $2,112 to $2,787, an increase of $675 per job.
Same customers. Same volume. Better work.
The work itself changed.
Jobs worth $5,000 or more grew from 13% to nearly 18% of completed work, accounting for 56% of revenue, up from 50%. Adrenaline also received 37 quote requests for adventure, overland, and RV builds.
*Whole business figures from the client's books, year one against year three of the partnership. Job mix figures compare year two to year three. Quote request counts are from the client's inbox.
From Texas to six states
Monthly inquiries more than doubled, growing from 0.5 to 1.1 and reaching customers across six states.
New opportunities in just 15 days
An article targeting a previously untapped market generated three high-value inquiries, two within 15 days of publication.
Reaching customers worldwide
The website's most-visited article attracted inquiries from across the U.S. and even the United Kingdom.
Request counts are from the client's quote inbox. Traffic from Google Search Console. The dollar range is modeled on national build benchmarks and is not closed revenue. Figures as of the September 22, 2026 inbox audit.
Helpful content doesn't just rank on Google. Customers reference it when they're ready to buy.
The Results
April 2023 to August 2026. Measuring what matters: leads, sales opportunities, and revenue.
*Business figures from the client's books, April 2023 to August 2026. Search figures from Google Search Console, twelve months to May 2026 against the prior twelve.
We were a lift kit shop competing with everyone else in Houston. Sean showed us there was a whole different customer out there we weren't going after. Now guys are driving in from other states for builds we didn't even used to do.
