3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and timely information, approvals, and cooperation required to complete projects effectively. Delays in communication or content provision by the client may impact project timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment Terms
All projects require a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to commencement, with the remaining balance due upon completion unless otherwise stated in the agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of the final deliverables created for their project. Cegrix Ad Agency retains the right to showcase completed projects for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of our services, deposits and payments are non-refundable once work has begun. Requests for project cancellation must be submitted in writing, with outstanding payments settled for work completed to date.

7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all sensitive information disclosed during project collaboration and not to disclose such information without express written consent from the other party.

8. Limitation of Liability
Cegrix Ad Agency will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

9. Disclaimer
Cegrix Ad Agency provides its services "as is" without any guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding results or outcomes. Results can vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or by posting a notice on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
